10% per annum
Whilst pricing varies, we normally charge a small arrangement fee on completion, a monthly service fee of ½% and an annual fee of 1% (in each case of the facility level). Interest is charged on amounts advanced at a annual margin of 3% to 4% over the Bank of England Base Rate. This all adds up to about 10% of the facility amount per annum.
Steve Din,
Founder, Doorway Capital
Amongst the specialist lenders to solicitors like Novitas, VFS and Spectralegal, I consider Doorway Capital by a very considerable margin to be the very best. Their facilities are tailor made to each law firm, their banking technology the most advanced and their interest rates are, simply, the most competitive I have ever seen. Their staff are contactable 24 hours a day, totally professional and always very helpful.
Anthony Hughes, Jackson Hughes
Whenever I have introduced Doorway Capital to my clients they have always been amazed with the highly competitive interest rates they offer, which appear to be too good to be true! Then, when the funding is explained to them in detail, they have been bowled over.
Victoria Morrison-Hughes, Jackson Hughes
Law firms looking to fund disbursements should really take the time to understand how, under current costs law and practice, they can recover the cost of funding disbursements from defendants. This should mean that disbursement funding from Doorway Capital is actually interest free.
